Has anybody on here filed a claim yet and if so did you take the money or the 10 year monitoring deal ?

The original dollar amount was estimated to be $125 per person but with the amount of claims filed it looks like the amount will be less.

I filed a claim my credit was on the list of those exposed. I took the $125 I use credit kharma to monitor and they are always right on top of it when things change regarding my credit.

My credit was exposed, my wife's was not. I took the monitoring, i figured if something happens in the next ten years, on my credit it would cost me more than the $125 i would get now.

I also filed a claim. I went for the $125. because I use Lifelock.

Haven't filed a claim yet. Credit karma says I qualify for the claim.

How do you find out if your credit was exposed?

I've seen that there is a set amount for monetary claims and that money will have to be divided equally to those who claim. Could be less than $10 with all the people who have already gone that route.

Take the money. Free credit monitoring is available in lots of other places like credit karma. What they are offering doesn’t do anything more than the free services.
