Shuck and boil. Then just a bit of butter rubbed on and eat with elk or deer steak.

In the shuck and put in microwave for 2 1/2 minutes per ear. Then cut the stalk end, about 2 rows in, and just squeeze the ear out. Comes out without any silk. Super easy.

Shuck. Bring to a boil, remove from heat let sit 10 minutes with lid on. Serve with lots of butter and salt.
Let's go Brandon!

I cook it both ways. I like to cook it in the shuck on the grill because I think it is much easier to get the freakin silk off the corn.
I got myself a seniors' GPS. Not only does it tell me how to get to my destination, it tells me why I wanted to go there.

shuck and boil - at least a dozen ears at a time. Eat one ear and cool the others down, drain and put in one gallon zip loc bags in the fridge. 2 minutes in the microwave per ear when ready to eat. That is the way I do it just cooking for myself. Cooking for a crowd, I will soak and grill or shuck and boil. Just depends on the tools available considering the other ingredients that need cooking at the same time.
