Got this busy 10 year old out for the last day of season here in ID and we had a group of 3 gobblers roll in to about 5-10 yards. His 20ga took care of one and his old man (I) was able to get another a couple seconds later. Probably could have killed the third but we will save a tag each for fall. Hunted for about an hour starting at 2:30ish.

Awesome! Heading out right now, myself. Season ends on the 31st, so I need to get it done.

When life gets me down..... you know hunting/trapping season is closed.

Nicely done! Great looking birds.
First year in maybe 35 years I didn't get to harvest one.

Excellent. Love taking out the youngsters and get them to experience the thrill of turkey hunting.
What kind of decoys are those? They look really good

Life's too short, enjoy everyday like it was your last.

Dave Smith decoys. Buy once cry once. They aren’t magic but they are close and I can honestly say they have gotten some birds in that we might not have otherwise. They also hold the birds attention and give a lot of time to get the kids ready (not an issue with the 10yo now) or to double up especially with a bow.
