robo calls


I hope they can get something done, i been getting 3 to five a day .... extended warranty, health insurance, credit card scams,
i had some time and played one of the extended warranty guys out till the end... he thought he had a sucker..... it was 175 a month for 3 yrs... i rattled off 7100 4100 yada yada then gave him 2018 expiration date.. he said thats expired... i said shoot lemme look ,, the rest of them i have are maxed out..lol then i went on to tell him he was a scam and i had fun wasting 10 minutes of his time!

the worst is they spoof local cell numbers and i have to answer as im in business and some of them are customers..

I am sick of them also. Waist my cell minutes, even if it is just a few seconds a call, I get enough of them, it would really tick me off if I figured how much of my time they waist! I'm not big on more laws, but this needs to be addressed!

I don't even answer them. If they are not on my contact list with no name coming up don't answer, if you do now the computer knows its an active number and they all start calling.

If people want me they gotta text. I know that's weird for a self employed guy, but all my clients know to text.

Same here. In my voicemail I say to text or email. Not uncommon to get 15/20 scam calls a day... the joys of owning a small business.

I like the way Sterling Fur has theirs set up. I wish I had that service. When a call goes there, you're told to "please press 8 to confirm you're not a telemarketer". That takes care of the robot calls.

don't even answer my phone lucky I kept my landline # on 1 phone once they smell out your turning 65 expect 25 -- 30 calls a day when im in the house all day I just unplug it people close to me have my tracfone # which I do carry from time to time course I did get 1 call today on it but I won 950,000 dollars

The ones that spoof a local number bug me the most. I typically dont answer if the number isn't in my contacts list. If it's important, they'll leave a message.
