Roll in flour, dip in the eggs, then cracker crumbs. That make a nice thick coating, almost omelette encased..


.instead of flour use corn starch

yes zim, people still like to eat such mess down here since that's ALL their grand paw had to eat during the depression, we ever get in another one I might eat such mess but doubt it, too many beaver in the creeks, i'll be grilling them before I eat that green crap.

Now I KNOW that goofy east texican is going to put some saltine crackers on a frog leg just to see what it taste like, lol.
