Call a vet or poison center. Can you determine the active ingredient in the poison? Probably will be helpful.

Give him 12 c of hydrogen peroxide. It will make him vomit and clean his stomach out. That will get rid of any rat poison

Been doing all the math and online research. Even if this packet was full she would od had to eaten 3 of them to do any harm. Just not a very strong poison and with her weight she only coul have gotten .2 mg and would of had to have at least 10 mg to cause harm
Gave her the peroxide and milk Only found 2 pellets in all the vomit so i think shes safe
Thanks for the help

As I understand it, Rat/Mouse poisons are anti-coagulants and are species specific. Not a problem unless Dog ate a Rat/Mouse that died from the poison Brom??? (sp) something.

Maybe, but I wasn't under the same understanding. Glad you got it resolved. We had a similar scare recently. Second the comments about salt to induce vomiting as well as the vitamin K. Symptoms would be the dog being lethargic and if the dog has short hair, you can see their skin get blotchy red from the capillaries bursting.
