Hey Guys, so I have a mouse and would like to try and snare it, was going to use fishing line, but what kind of knot would I use
or any other ideas?

I'm betting by the time that experiment is over, you'll have a lot more to attempt that method on. If you were to make one, go "spring loaded".

Yes, if using fishing line it should be made to be immediately lethal or you will most likely experience a chew out. Fill us in on your progress as it should be interesting.
