Bill looks like it is a bit bigger than a Downy's........got any other photos of the bill? A Hairy is a quarter bigger than a downy, and it has a more robust bill/beak.

Leaning towards a female Downy.
Looks like a short beak, no "comma" off the shoulder, etc. Can't see the spots on the tail feathers in the three supplied pics. Which while not conclusive, would be another clue. The first pic in the series gives us an excellent opportunity to measure it's size. Great pics no matter which it is. Thanks for sharing!

Any idea on the height of the feeder, and of the dimensions of the mesh squares (rectangles, actually), Cotton?
