Perch fillets scaled with skin left on taste best to me. That is by far the best way to eat them.We catch so many that I wont do that with all of them,,but I will take the twelve inchers and up and clean them that way.

Perch fillets scaled with skin left on taste best to me. That is my favorite fish of all time. But if I don’t have any perch, walleye or halibut become my favorite.
I am out of all fish. I have not been able to buy any perch, walleye, or halibut all winter. Cannot find any. I will buy 10 pounds of commercially caught Lake Erie perch right now if I could find it. 216-941-1359 Seven Seas Seafood, Cleveland Ohio

How does white perch compare to yellow perch? And..........go. tastes similar to white bass to me

Its illegal to sell here in Michigan.
Some people have been caught and fined more than the profit.
The daily limit is 25 or 50. Pending the area your fishing.
Make sure you know which is which.
