Last year was my first time making the trip out to do some night time predator hunting and we had allot of success & this year was no different..
I brought my Girlfriend & sister along for the trip and it was awesome seeing them take their first coyotes over the call
out of the 11 coyotes we managed to hit 9 coyotes were put in the truck and the rest were educated blush

What part of the state were you in? That is stacking them up for sure.

What kind of scope do you use? Is it thermal?

It's fun how much easier it can be to put it to the coyotes after dark when they think they are more impervious.
Great Job there folks. Try it over a skiff of snow, it's crazier yet.

You ever worry about accidentally sending a bullet into a cow or building when you miss? I couldn't hunt at night. Id be too paranoid about what's behind the coyote that I'm not seeing.

Yeah we were hunting with thermal scopes and yes we are always safety minded when were on stand...
Lot's of things could go wrong at night but a quality scope will allow you to see even better then you can during the daylight!

Ray, are you running the ATN's? I was thinking about topping one of my AR's with it but read some bad reviews about them and poor customer service??.

I ran the XSight for quite some time now and have killed a pile of coyotes with it but it definitely is not a crystal clear piece but it’s also relatively inexpensive compared to other options out on the market

The coyote wouldn't be there if there was something behind it ,If your talking farm or buildings a quick look during light hours which most do will verify its clear
