Have Comcast now, last months bill jumped to $227.00, I want out n have no contract so I can get out. Question now is guys that dumped cable providers, where & how do u get internet service? I can stay with Comcast internet, jumps from 46.00 to 103.00 a month. TV off doesn’t bother me, just need some sort of internet. Anyone buy service from Verizon thru the phones? Anyone use a antenna for free tv, what u got?

We have a wireless ISP. If you live on the top of a hill and own the property, these type ISPs are always looking for new places to put towers and you can get free internet plus rent depending on the company.

Used to have the Verizon mifi for wireless before we could get internet. It worked pretty good just couldn't stream in 2 devices at once.

Not sure if you have cellular service where you are, but AT&T has wireless WiFi. It’s basically a line added to your existing cellular account. It’s a small box that converts cellular signal to WiFi. Even comes with its own number and you can plug a phone in the back of the box. My kids use it and love it. But, if you’re an online gamer it may not have enough sessions for you. I know it will run, 2 iPads, 2 phones, 3 security cameras, and Netflix with no issues.

If you have a phone with internet service, you can use a usb connection to your smart TV or your PC
There are other ways, but I'm not sure how they work
But I'm no computer expert lol

I think we pay 150$ more per month now on phone bill than what we did total (all electronic and TV bills). But!!!!! We went from two phones to 3 phones and 6 tablets all on unlimited data usage. Also,. We didn't pay for any of the devices up front. The cost of devices were all rolled into life of contract. So,. My phone bill should drop 150$ per month at end of contract as long as we don't upgrade.
