That's not what I said. If the gun's pointed at you, then go ahead and blast away, defend yourself and your family. But if the gun's pointed at the clerk, then yes, turn and run, or hide if that's a better decision. I'm not going to get involved in a gunfight over $30 in a cash register that isn't even my money.

You are right... if someone is going to be without a parent then you should leave your gun in the holster. In fact you, Loosegoose, should leave your gun at home behind lock and key.
