They're trying to sell them everyday. Maybe when ranch mink prices go way up.

Not sure I understand the question
They are always trying to sell them. I’m sure they don’t enjoy sitting on them

Grey fox market is in the toilet so not much nafa can do about that

I guess I should clarify that they have not been listed for sale in the February sale, or any sales since they arrived last year while red fox, coyote, raccoon, beaver, bobcat, etc. has.

Mostly likely NAFA has not received enough grey fox to,put up a good assortment for the February sale. This is not unusual, with the early receiving date for the first sale.

They will be receiving more grey fox over the next couple of months and will put up what they have for the May/June sale.

Go to your account and log in, go to ,my account, lotting and sales summary, then press "download data"....you will see if they still hold their lotting letters.
Check back in the last week of Feb.

My suspicions were that there were not enough. Our furs are picked up in March, but didnt make it for sale until July. Everything else was graded for last July's sale, but greys weren't listed in the sale and still haven't received a grade.

Not an expert by any means but I get around on my computer pretty good. But I am having a hard time understanding NAFA's handling of the data on my account. They sent me a financial statement telling me that they sold all of my bought back muskrats and raccoon in December. But when I look at my account, the current lotting shows that I still have muskrat and raccoon that were bought back. It also shows coyote that were lotted but do not show as sold or bought back. I guess they are in limbo somewhere.

When I download data, the spreadsheet still shows everything as bought back except the coyote that show offered and neither sold or bought back. Must be some kind of new Canadian math or programming! Does not make any sense at all to me.

They just need to find a new capitalist( former Communist) country with a billion people in it and promote grey fox as a fashion statement. They will get right on it.

IMO, grey fox is the prettiest fur out there and beaver would be second. Two of the worst sellers. Makes me see what my opinion's worth. frown
