Teaching them the effects and consequences of drug use and yes this includes marijuana. Now how do I explain to them why its going to be legal and ok to use . This state and world has go crazy. Remember how he slipped the gun "Safe" act through in the middle of the night? How about renaming the Tappen Zee bridge after his father?
