If there are any can you give a report from your state . I can't believe what people are putting on duck unlimited migration report some said their loaded with them and some say they aren't seeing any . I think I know the answer just want to see what you have to say.

It's not cold enough up here in pa to get a good push of ducks front the north I have been seeing some merganser hooded and common, saw some buffelheads, and sparingly some ring necks and blue bills and a decent amount of mallards hopefully theres a good cold snap to push them down your way a bit good luck hunting!!

Froze up solid on the Mississippi in West Central Wisconsin and has been for quite some time. I heard a report today that the area down by Madison, WI is absolutely loaded with ducks and geese.

Have a house on my bus line where everyday there are hundreds of ducks not only in the yard but also circling around in the air so that it looks like a duck tornado

The home owner feeds them and from what I can see al of them are males

Don’t know where they come from every day but they come

I don’t duck hunt but buy stamps every year and shoot a few for the table this year was slow from my perspective

Worst season I've had in 20 years. The ducks have not migrated here yet in my opinion. My in-laws are up in northern IL and when they came down for New Years they told us they were loaded with birds up there.

I would say we had a pretty average year. I was only out couple times shot like 3 or 4 birds. Guys that worked it hard I'm told got birds. Like Moosetrot said we are frozen out for the most part. But I have seen the local park ducks that hang out in the open water areas still around. Where the river has stayed open there are still some divers and mergansers hanging out.
My personal take on a years like we had is that when it's so wet every little puddle is full. Which it has been. The ducks get way more spread out as they move south. They don't get bunched up until things start to freeze in. Which was end of the season here.
They really only need to go as far south as their pushed and can still find feed.

Terrible here. Very few ducks and geese around. Was our scouting and checked a corn field that we hunt that was flooded and nothing in it.

Better year for me, especially early. Numbers tapered off as the season went on, goose numbers picked up though.
