If there are any can you give a report from your state . I can't believe what people are putting on duck unlimited migration report some said their loaded with them and some say they aren't seeing any . I think I know the answer just want to see what you have to say.

Have a house on my bus line where everyday there are hundreds of ducks not only in the yard but also circling around in the air so that it looks like a duck tornado
The home owner feeds them and from what I can see al of them are males
Don’t know where they come from every day but they come
I don’t duck hunt but buy stamps every year and shoot a few for the table this year was slow from my perspective

I would say we had a pretty average year. I was only out couple times shot like 3 or 4 birds. Guys that worked it hard I'm told got birds. Like Moosetrot said we are frozen out for the most part. But I have seen the local park ducks that hang out in the open water areas still around. Where the river has stayed open there are still some divers and mergansers hanging out. My personal take on a years like we had is that when it's so wet every little puddle is full. Which it has been. The ducks get way more spread out as they move south. They don't get bunched up until things start to freeze in. Which was end of the season here. They really only need to go as far south as their pushed and can still find feed. MTCW
