So it ha's been a while since I posted anything but I have been reading here and there. Life just got busy as most of you know I am sure! I started this project 2 years ago and am finally wrapping it up to make room in my woodshop and I thought some of you might like it. I do not have any in-process photos and there is still a few minor touches to go but pretty much done. I will make the cross pins shorter and add a handle of sorts to make adjusting the height in back easier and make a wood knob with a bolt for the front adjuster for it since I lost the star knob I had for it.
I wanted an all wood fleshing beam for the beauty of it since I love natural wood furnishings and such. The beem itself is cherry and the frame is all oak. I have read many threads about you guy's fleshing beams and considered all the pros and cons and this adjustable floor system was what I came up with, I needed it to been movable since my garage is my fur shed. It is much more stable than I thought but still should be pushed against a wall (or my fur freezer). I hope you like it and have a very Merry Christmas to all of you!

@strike2x, that is a comfortable position for me. Plus it is near infinitely adjustable by pulling the rear pin and lowering it to suit the task at hand. The picture may be deceiving of the boards actual positioning since it is set for me and I am 6'5" tall. Thanks for the comments guys!
