Not sure if there's any appliance guys on here but thought i'd check. I have a GE dishwasher series 570-650. Its only ran three loads thru it and is off warranty. I bought it a while back and never installed it etc. Anyways it just shuts off when the door is shut. I've reset it and tried to run dignostics on it and it does nothing. It seems to make a quite noise in the door and then goes off. Not sure what it is. Thanks

I'm no appliance guy but are you sure it's getting water?
We recently got some appliances from my brother and the dishwasher did similar things. It was one of the water lines not working because of a kink or being pinched. Can't remember which one.

I will tell you that our appliance guy says to avoid GE stuff at all costs. Says that even he can't fix them because they have no tech support, getting parts is next to impossible, and they have zero customer service.
