i do believe, if i was forced to eat some fisher, I"d start with backstrap and not go whacking pieces of the hams all willy-nilly.

fishers is meant for fur - if they was meant for eating they'd be bigger and look like deer

He was not a good advertisement for eating fisher. I agree with ranger, fisher is meant for fur, not eating.


Remember as a kid we played army and you gave up the fort so the other side got it? Of course you don't. Little kids aren't that stupid.

Naw, cooked or not each and every time I skin a fisher or otter and hit a big glob of legworms I am reminded why I will never eat those two animals..
