I wonder what percentage of these seasonings that have been mentioned contain monosodium glutamate? It's kind of too bad that so many seasonings need to rely on the fake perception of umami (savory taste) that is created by MSG.

To your original question I'm pretty much a salt and pepper guy. If you looking for something no/salt low/salt. I have to give a shout out to a local place here just up the street from me.
