Pertaining to long spring and jump traps.
The ones that have a bolt or rivet connecting pan to trap ARE post pan.

The ones that have pan crimped around the humped cross frame are NOT post pan.

Clear as mud?

Post pan traps have a flat crosspiece with a vertical post that the pan is attached to and extends from.
