Does it require more or less hold with a snare than a foot hold trap ? Meaning if I use a rebar stake with a snare do I need to double stake ? Would a 1 1/2" pogo hold them by a snare ? Using on farm land so no kill poles. -Thanks

Needs more really. With a snare, the animal still has 4 wheel drive.

I use extension cables most of the time a lot quicker, less weight and less labor in rocky soils.

Dispatch snare or cable restraint?

Dispatch snare wont require the stake a trap or cable restraint will. Still want it staked well (just in case). But its a short fight in a good dispatch snare.
