I had an ablation for atrial fibrillation in 2014. One of the best decision I ever made health wise. Have not had and irregular heartbeat since and got me off of all that high powered medicine that was just a band-aid anyway.
But I will agree that it was concerning going in but I am glad I had it done.
I checked in to the hospital at 6:00 am to have the procedure. By 11:00 am the next day, I was home having lunch. The only discomfort I had was related to my poor tolerance to anesthesia meds.
