You forgot to cut the moon in the door, otherwise it looks good.

Looks good. No vent stack? Its set up for #1 only. Got to get me a no dumping sign. I just screwed a Funnel to the wall ...then a piece of radiator hose through the wall....all done ! Took all of 5 minutes and 3.75 in materials.....and you stay warm while using it...in the Wintah.

Overall it does not matter what we think, what do your neighbors think?
I think it looks good, wide enough you could have made it a two seater tho. But since it is for the ladies you may want to put some baton strips on it. Them boards are gonna shrink.
A good bit better than what we did at fishing camp. We have two logs with a large board over them with a hole cut in it. Hole dug under that. Toilet seat nailed to it. Couple saplings formed into a teepee style with a old tarp wrapped over them. Women folk use it when enjoying the bonfire and the guys use it in the morning before going salmon/steelhead fishing.

it looks like it needs a window , going to be very dark in there.
a vent is also a good idea a nice high one to get a good draft.
my only other suggestion is the next one should be a 2 holer that way when one side fills up you put some saw dust over it let it compost 6 months then you can dig it out and compost it some more and keep alternating sides.
although the ladies think it is so they can go in pairs for less waiting.
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.
