Larry Bowden OP trapper L Joined: May 2012 Posts: 443 Hot Springs SD	Is snowing in the southern end of the Black Hills this afternoon. Supposed to get several inches. I love it. Should send the snow birds south pretty soon. Is great for the elk hunters too. I hope to be laying steel in about 2 1/2 weeks for coyote and fox. Good luck to all and have a safe and enjoyable season. Western SD Fur Harvesters, SDTA, NTA, FTA and life member of NRA. Cancer survivor (7 years) and still fighting it.

EdP trapper E Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 3,872 meadowview, Virginia	The wife and I were there just a few days ago. Snow and ice and plenty of wind in the Badlands National Park on Wednesday. I've never seen anything to compare. It was part of a trip to eastern Wy so I could hunt antelope and then we went on to the Tetons, Yellowstone, Little Big Horn, Devils Tower, Rushmore, and then the Badlands. Got home to Va yesterday after an awesome trip. 12 days, 4700 miles, 1 antelope.

Backcountry trapper B Joined: Mar 2013 Posts: 184 ND United States	Got a foot of snow in some places in eastern ND currently. Definitely some birds pushing through and feeding hard if you're a waterfowl guy, we crushed 33 the other week one morning.

EdP trapper E Joined: Mar 2012 Posts: 3,872 meadowview, Virginia	Thanks 330, it was amazing. The wife had never driven out west before so it was new for her. She put up with 3 days in the hotel while I hunted antelope and then we went sight seeing. She said it was well worth it.
