How is Paul doing at home, do not see how he is weathering the storm ?

I'm a doing great. I have the generator generating, the fans a blowing and the freezers a freezing. All is well here. A bit windy and a bit wet.

Bet he’s well into the wine...by now..lol

Yepper, having my second glass before bed. I usually only have one, but being this is a different sort of night, I decided to have two glasses - lol.

Well Boss...it’s a good night for it...cus checking beaver traps tomorrow ain’t gonna happen....lol

Not beaver'n now, been convention'n. Will start beaver'n the 1st of Oct. I do it nine months a year - Oct through June.

I just got out of bed here about 20 minutes ago. Turned on the Weather Channel and they where showing pictures of s nursing home in the Goldsboro NC area that had to be evacuated because of flooding. The water was up past the bottom of the windows .They are predicting rain for the next 2 days before it finally moves the whole way up into Maine next week .Hope everything is OK there Paul. And for all those that are still in the path be safe.

The Neuse River is supposed to crest at 28.5’ which puts it about 1.5’ onto the floor of my office. This makes the third time we’ve flooded. As soon as it’s light enough I’m going to the office with anyone that can make it doe. There to get everything up. It’s forecasted to go to 28.5, Mathew was supposed to crest just under and at the last minute they raised it to 29.7’ so it could go higher. Y’all pray for us.

Good luck to all of you down there in NC . I was down in Goldsboro visiting my Son during the last big storm . He is up here in Ohio for this one . Trying to decide when he wants to head back home . He works for Boeing on the air base . I have been down to Goldsboro to visit my Son 5 times in the years he has lived there . There were severe weather events 3 out of 5 of those visits . We had planned to be down there this week . I guess we know how to pick our vacation times . LOL .

Come on down Sept. 28 and 29 and take in the NC Convention. It is only 30 minutes from Goldsboro.

Glad to hear it, Paul. I wish the best for ALL you guys over there going thru this last storm. And the recovery.
