I believe that just leaves Gary Rossington & Lary Junstrom as the only original surviving members. Gary is still with the band, and Larry has been a long time member of .38 Special as their bass player.

Sad day indeed. The only non-southern band member of the band, from California. Old guys like me remember him before Skynyrd in the Strawberry Alarm Clock days. They play at the New York State Fair tonight, along with Bocephus, Thirty Eight Special , and a couple other bands.

Rickey Medlocke was the original drummer and left before their first album then obviously came back in 96ish to play guitar. I'm glad he left cause Blackfoot was such a great band with Rickey singing and shredding. RIP Ed King

LOL, I must be getting old and using that new common core math. At times I have bee known to confuse Hughie and the Outlaws Guitar Army with Rickey and Blackfoot...that's my story and I'm sticking to it.
