I bought a pair of Herters hip boots last year I like them pretty well. but I have a tear in them, and I have the normal tire patches with rubber cement, doesn't stick at all. The material seems like rubber, but it must be something else like Neoprene or something. Anybody have any ideas? Ely, Minnesota, coolest small town in America, 2010.
