i bet if i counted them all up i have over 20 reason's with keys to keep me from running for any reason.  i feel like i wasted money when i walk fast.

Finished one of my thrice weekly 3 mile runs a little over an hour ago. No one chasing me?? Seems like the grim reaper is always just a step or two behind!
I don't run well or fast or like it very much but it helps keep me in the shape I need to be in to enjoy other things in life. Same here. You don't have to be the fastest....just don't be the slowest. I know this is a joke thread, but after watching my dad have a mild heart attack a few years ago, I gave up cigars, limit alcohol and am in the best shape I've ever been in.
