charles OP trapper C Joined: Aug 2010 Posts: 10,846 Asheville, NC	Local news in Asheville NC repots a deer confirmed to have rabies. I have never heard of such. Anybody?

2labs trapper 2 Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 920 Western N Y	Yes it will affect deer, there was a really big buck a few years ago in NY that had it. It was in Geneseo NY at Conesus lake. It was swimming in the lake in circles then was on shore attacked a man. This was in the early 2003-04. This happened in November.
