Anyone use a dog cooling vest? Dog likes to go fishing on the boat but his black fur attracts heat and he can't swim very well so won't get in the water. I pour water over him, but have looked into a cooling vest. Anyone ever use something like this?

He's shorthair and he already has to wear sunscreen on his white face lol. I don't think he'd look good bald.

As long as he has shade,and lots of water to drink he will be fine.Dogs cool themselves by panting.

Maybe tell poochie to toughen up a bit. Tell him about all the starving dogs dying of heat stroke in Ethiopia. He's got it good.

Normally dogs can pant to effectively cool. He is an American bulldog crossed with a Dogo Argentino. Bully breeds can't tolerate the heat others can.
