Columbus Dispatch and Local news ran a story on this tonight. The numbers are way off I believe. My county has 9 verified reports and was left out of the quota area but I have seen way more than 9 pics of them just from people I know. Also know of a guy in Belmont county that has caught 10-15 a year for a few years now. 60 is better than 0 so its at least a start I guess! Lots of opposition to this so I'm hoping this will actually happen.
