NE Wildlife OP trapper N Joined: Feb 2012 Posts: 1,883 Northeast Wisconsin	Dot not feather that is. Looking for a good tandoori chicken Recipe for on the grill. I like cooking with curry a lot but never have made actual Tandoori chicken.

The smell of the first one we had a lot when I was overseas in a lot of southeast Asian countries, I did not like it at all. Super yuckie......jk Free people are not equal. Equal people are not free. Kerala is different from Tamil Nadu and in general south Indian curries are different from northern curries. Some use meat, others not. Tandoori Chicken is a northern dish and is wonderful. My wife makes a killer chicken curry from a recipe that my mother passed down to her. (I spent five years of my youth in Madras, which is now called Chennai). Some of the best curry is now in the UK to be honest.
