Our daughter just pulled hers out that we made last year, we made a drop away door trap using a plastic gold coin overhanging the false door. He left some foot prints but never made in into the trap maybe this year! Good Luck to you as well!

It was a failed attempt at humor, mixed with Irish history.

The Milesians are who most modern Irish people are descended from. They are Celts. They moved to Ireland from Spain.

Heremon was the first High King of Ireland along with his brother Heber. Heremon has a massive number of descendants. Scotland is named for their mother, Scota, who was the daughter of an Egyptian pharaoh.

The Tuatha De Danann were an earlier people who colonized Ireland, who were driven out or killed by the Milesians. The fairies and leprechaun stories are based on them.

Niall, another High King, has over 3 million descendants alive today. Most DNA tests can tell you if you're descended from him. He captured and enslaved St. Patrick, before Patrick became a saint. All the US presidents, but one and I believe all current European royalty are his descendants. King John, who the presidents and most European royalty are traced back to is also a descendant of Niall and Heremon. Other European royal families, that are not descended from John still have Niall and Heremon as ancestors. The royal families intermarried a lot.

My mother's family pedigree can be traced there back to Adam. I suspect that a lot of the more ancient parts of the pedigree are pretty fictionalized.
