The leading edge of the light geese migration appears to have arrived here. I was watching a number of skiens flying overhead during the lunch hour at work today and basically couldn't see the black when they were overhead. Considering that the wing span is about 4 feet and the black area on each tip is about 20 sq inches my guess is about 600 yards. What do you guys think??
