Hard to beat the belisle triggers and dogs for ease of changeout in the field.

I have never noticed any problem with the belisle wires any more than other makes.I do twist them together as one unit most times on 330's maybe that is why they don't break much. I know on the 120's,if one gets pinched in the jaw it breaks when you try to straighten it.

I use the 330 Terminator Triggers when the factory ones need to be replaced. $23.50 for a dozen from the bossman. Comes with all the hardware needed to install them and the stainless wire is tough.

fence wire works, made myself a bender with a piece of 2x4 and some nails, they look like factory bent. Could you possibly post a picture of your jig? I’m sight learner. Lol. I gotta see it to understand it Sounds like a great idea

I just take a length of either #9 or #11 annealed wire, I forget which, and bend it around the square end of my dykes and hammer into shape lightly with my ball peen until it looks right. Very easy to work with, can be bent many times without breaking, and is common material to come up with.
