Wishful thinking!
I think they may get good clearance on some items but I would not expect great % dollar improvement

From what I can tell on MY account, the clearance % sucks. FHA didn't even have a large volume of fur in the sale and still had low clearances

star, I feel a lot better clearance and price also. They are getting competition on most lots. Running some 200-300 dollars over valuation.
