I took my doe mink Shelby and by buck mink Brocc and they both caught a muskrat. It was a pretty fun hunt!

I think what you do is really cool!...just curious ...do you sell the rat hides after, or are they too shredded

Typically the only "damage" to the pelt is right around the ears and eyes, and it's often no more than pin pricks. Though some are roughed up quite a bit more than others, typically they are in surprisingly good condition. So yeah, I sell them. Not that you can get much of anything for them the last couple years!
