I think I'm going to use my Saxon Selkirk recurve before I get to old to put it to draw. HAAAAAHA!!! At 71lb @ 28" it sure makes the old shoulders pop. For a while any way lol. Any information I can share, units,tactics, tips and tricks, I will be happy to do so. Just don't get to caught up in the more gear=better odds. I have friends that live here that kill them with .243 Are you hunting firearm or archery? I know several good areas in the eastern half of the state. So I moved to where I can buy a tag over the counter ha ha. Now the only drawing I put in for is an exta cow-calf. Honestly elk hunting wasn't the only reason I moved but it WAS a huge part.
