Wyoming for sure. When CO legalized weed, every dirtbag in the country moved there. Everyone you meet in the outdoors in Wyoming is from CO, trying to escape.

Medicine Bow is awfully close to Colorado. My family vacationed on Snowy Range every summer when I was growing up. Now the entire area is open to ATVs. Folks come in dragging their 45' campers back in on the primitive roads, getting high-centered on rocks. It is entertaining but sad. Last summer I couldn't catch a brookie of any size, while years ago there were many trout.
Life ain't supposed to be easy.
