Hey guys iv ordered everything from either FnT or MB. I just placed an order with PCS and was looking for some feedback like shipping time and whatnot thanks guys

The owner is a member here named John Chagnon and I can say from all my dealings with him, he is a absolute pleasure to deal with. IF you have issues, John will make them right. Great trapper, great businessman, better person. I make several of my orders through PCSoutdoors, shipping seems on par with the rest 3-5 days.

I'm curious as to why you would place an order and THEN ask for feedback on a company?

You ever second guess yourself?

I ordered from then a handful of times. Good customer service, 3-5 days shipping seems right. I ordered a group if stuff last month and they sent me the wrong lure... So I sent and email and got the lure I had originally ordered in the mail a few days later, and they let me keep the lure that they got mixed up in the first place. .
No one wants to recieve the wrong thing and in business sometimes things don't always go as planned. Letting me keep the Terminator lure was a great way for them to make it right.
I will order from them again, actually I have since then.

John Chagnon is a 1st class guy, that is why I chose him to take over the Lenon lures business when I had a long list wanting to buy me out after I had a stroke and then lost my wife and had to discontinue business. I had worked with John dealing my lures for many years and was confident he would keep up the lures quality and customer service my customers were accustomed to. and continue the good Lenon name selling lures since 1924

John Chagnon and company are good folks and will always treat you right. I have always had a good experience and a very helpful relationship with John. PCS is a good place to deal and they have a very good inventory.

Me and a buddy met John at an NTA convention a couple years ago.He gave my buddy a really great deal on some traps.Way better than any other dealer we checked out at the NTA that time.

Anything I’ve ordered came in a timely manner. I think Most suppliers are run by good people. Seems like most trappers in general are a little more decent than the average person.

John is top notch, no doubt about it. I've placed several orders through PCS and have had no issues. What John does for trapping is great and we need more people like him.

I've ordered virtually all my gear from them, I typically receive my stuff a lot faster than from any other companies. Only problem I've ever had is they sent me two conibear stakes instead of two dozen this past summer.

I have found John and his staff to be first class all the way in their integrity and service. I highly recommend John, PCS, and their products. I especially like their Feather Light dog proof traps for animal damage control work, predator management trapping, and fur trapping. No misfires and no pullouts. Those traps make me look extra good to customers!
