Well leaving in the morning for 2 months to guide snow goose hunts. Start in Arkansas end in northern South Dakota. Good luck to all for the rest of the season. I'll post when I get time letting people know where we are seeing birds if people show intrest

Good luck! Last fall the snow goose bug bit me. I had 6 dz SS and got a few more dozen for x-mas. I plan to start building me a a spread. What type of e caller do you guys use?

Couple different kinds mainly the fox pros we've had really good luck with them our backups are snow crows they work just as good the fox pro's have more options thou

Finally got internet the season Is in full swing we've been hammering the geese Missouri season opens tomorrow my best day was 154 with 5 guys had lots over 100 tons of juvies

Depends on where you are Sask.. Up in the north of SK you can hit the first birds hard piece of cake in the fall with just a handful of paper plates. By the time the get as far south as nearly Regina, we run a spread of about 2000 Silas socks.

Another banner day 1150 in ten fields had one field burn them down shooting 336 with two blue phase ross in there 300 by noon. None of these birds were ditch crawled or swatted on the ground all decoying birds. We are hunting traffic no x rigs.

The clients take all the geese we just run them threw the bird hitch. Think we are single handily causing ammo companies to run overtime lol

We eat about 100 geese a year in our house. Most gets ground up and mixed 60/40 or 50/50 with ground beef. Makes delicious hamburger. My whole family loves it, and some of my foster kids never would touch goose in any other way.

Good thing i bought my ammo already then. Late april/early may is when the spring geese hunt happens for me. Best time of the year and what ive always looked forward to the most since i was a kid.
