that sounds like intestinal blockage. Either a turned stomach, or a wad of feathers in her gut. Feathers are NOT digestible.
Symptoms of Gastrointestinal Obstruction The observable symptoms of GI obstruction may vary depending upon where the obstruction is located and whether it is partial or complete. However, most dogs with GI obstructions develop one or more of the following clinical signs:
Vomiting, which is always accompanied by forceful abdominal contractions, is the hallmark of gastrointestinal obstruction. It must be differentiated from regurgitation, which is a much more passive process and usually, although not always, occurs fairly soon after a meal. Dehydration Depression Lethargy Weakness Malaise Abdominal discomfort and pain (biting at the belly; going into a praying position) Diarrhea Dark, tarry stools (due to the presence of digested blood; melena) Reduced or infrequent passage of feces (with a partial blockage, feces may continue to pass normally Straining to defecate Burping Abdominal bloating; gas accumulation Loss of appetite Weight loss Excessive drooling

I would be more concerned about the not drinking than the not eating. She has to be kept hydrated. This time of year, a lot of folks use woodstoves. It is easy for them to get too warm and slip into a sort of dehydrated hibernation funk. Try keeping her in a 60-65 degree area. Make sure she is hydrated with subq fluids, and as for quick weight gain, feed satin balls:
Mix 10# ground beef 1 doz eggs 3c veg oil 1 jar molasses 1 box cream of wheat 10 packets Knox gelatin 1 canister oats
Mix all together, form into 2 inch balls. They get 3 with kibble 3x a day. Freeze into individual servings and thaw as needed. Makes a week's worth for me.
Peeing in wheaties is my favorite hobby.

I agree with everyone who says to try a new vet for starters. This may sound stupid, but I am addicted to watching The Incredible Dr. Pol. Over the years, he has had similar cases with dogs and the same symptoms. In almost every case, it was an obstruction due to the dog eating something it shouldn't have.
The bones of any fowl are very dangerous to a dog because the bones splinter and can puncture or cause distress in the intestines. If your dog ate a bird, chances are high that it's resulting in your dog's condition.
Most in this country have things people in other countries only dream about. Yet, they want America to be more like those other countries.

Today she is showing good progress. She’s getting up and drinking water on her own. We have used a dropped to give her pedalyte and she’s moving around. She showed interest this morning in eating so I fed her some backstrap. The vet said to cook to the meat just to kill any bacteria or parasites that might be in the meat. I’m hoping shes starting to peak through this and will hopefully see more progress through the remainder of the week.

All life demands a struggle. Those who have everything given to them become lazy, selfish, and insensitive to the real values of life.

I just lost my old trapping buddy a couple months ago. Sneezed a lot, thought allergys. Turned out to be a nasal tumor. Later stages if he couldn't smell his food, he wouldn't eat it, everyday was a new adventure of what we could get down him. Drank like a fish. Bad days outnumbered the good days and couldn't watch it anymore.
I have learned you have to kinda do your own detective work online and then approach the vet.

You should not feed raw deer/moose meat to a dog, they can spread hydatids disease.
Forget that fear of gravity-get a little savagery in your life.
