Owners of liscenced hound running pens are the only ones who can legally buy live coyotes and foxes. You’ll need to contact them. Most pen owners have trappers that they deal with every year who consistently supply them with quality animals. It’s a tight knit bunch. Pen owners all know each other. It’s a tough market to break into.
