Anybody found gauntlets that have it all? Warm, flexible, and well made? Almost Gary.. Salisbury linesman electrical gloves are as flexible as they get and they're almost indestructible. They are self sealing after being punctured too. I've had countless bullhead thorns puncture them and they always seal themselves immediately. I've also pinched them many times between the trap jaws and levers and never ripped them. They are not insulated but a light pair of liners can be worn if it's really cold. Ive had mine for many years and they're not showing any sign of wear. Buy one pair and be done.

I got a pair of the big game gut gloves that are warm and flexible. The name throws some people off, but they are trapping gauntlets. I'd agree with this. I have two pairs. Non-insulated and insulated. Don't get the non-insulated out till it gets down in the teens. Waterproof, and very life like feeling. Going on two years of abuse, look the same as the day I bought them.

I ordered the blue insulated big game gut trappers gauntlets from snare shop Thursday and I'm waiting for them now. Anybody found gauntlets that have it all? Warm, flexible, and well made? That will be my next gauntlet investment. I need something that self seals

At Approaching $200.00 A Pair, I'd Need A Gauntlet A Lot Longer Than That For Water Trapping Work. Do Like The Self Sealing Feature and Extreme Durability, Though. w

Atlas yellow 772 gloves, and wear a thin glove on the inside for insulation. How much life do you get out of a pair of atlas 772? I really like them --- when they're new, but they don't last very long for me. Mine start leaking on the fingertips, right at the seams. Maybe I shouldn't expect more than a couple months out of em?

I've got the orange insulated gauntlets, been using the same pair for a couple years. I really like them and my hands have been staying warm in them even when the outside of your waders are covered in ice.

Maisley gloves are a gauntlet type, insulated and Gore-Tex.
I really like mine for keeping the hands warm and maintaining some pretty good dexterity.
Probably would not want to immerse them in water too much thou.

Yep the blue ones. THe gut gloves are the best I have used. I wore a pair of the lighter orange one for a year before getting a hole between the thumb and index finger.

I got a pair of the big game gut gloves that are warm and flexible. The name throws some people off, but they are trapping gauntlets. I was looking at these , problem is I have big hands I measured mine like they said on their web site , I measured 10 1/4 or 10 1/2 depending on exactly were I measured do they leave any extra room in them , I see they don't make a XXL I normally take a XXL in most gloves thoughts ?
America only has one issue, we have a Responsibility crisis and everything else stems from it.

I had got mine at our state convention and was able to try on some pairs. Just measured my hand and came up with 8.5. I picked up a large at the convention without measuring. I wonder if you got XL and they didn't fit right if you could return them? Or maybe you can find them at a convention. Just checked out the site again and it looks like they do carry XXL and they are out of stock.
