I don't grind mine , I simply use the back of a skinning knife to roll the sharp edge back into place
use the back flat edge of a skinning knife ( I use the Chicago knife)
it works great and after you get the hang of it you can do it with just a quick swipe of the back edge.
try it , if done right it will make you a believer

buy borrow or steal a belt sander, vise it upside down, go slow and easy, .

Use a mill file followed by the same file wrapped with 220 grit sandpaper. Does a good job if you maintain the same angle.
A soft answer turneth away wrath.

Yep a file makes quick work of them. I used to spend hours with stones getting them like a great knife edge but found that a file makes them work just fine for fleshing.
