Did they make 22 1/2 single longspring. thought it was 21 1/2 but sure looks like it says 22 1/2.Brother picked it up at gun show for 10 bucks

No, They did not make a #22 1/2. They did make a #21 1/2, which is a #3 size with one spring. The #2 1/2 is the same trap but with teeth and a breast plate on the pan, or at least two slotted holes in the pan for the breast plate.
