cascade OP trapper Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 362 Washington state	Here is a photo of a #1 1/2 Newhouse trap with cast teeth. According to Dick Gerstell's book, The Steel Trap in North America, these jaws were only put on some Hawley and Norton traps and Newhouse 1 1/2 traps. Other than the photo in Dick,s book and the one shown here I haven't seen another one. Greg

Tom Fisher trapper T Joined: Jun 2008 Posts: 1,793 el vado, nm	I had a trap similar to that didn't know what it was, went to see Tom Parr and tour the trap museum and showed him the trap, Tom said it had Hart Jaws in a Newhouse frame. When Newhouse bought Hart out they used the inventory up. I gave Tom the trap for the museum. Will try to get some pictures up of a few of the traps I kept, this is a fascinating site !-----------Tom
