I think I'm over the worst of it myself. I've had the shakes, the sweats, the dizzy spells, and the memory loss. Actually, I don't think I blacked out.... I think my wife slugged me. HA HA!!! But I'm doing alright now. No real cravings.

Another day, didn't sleep with a darn last night, actually was physically feeling bad about it most of the night....oh well, still goin strong, ya'll had better be too

I had to stop by the gas station today, on the counter they had some herbal energy pouches in a can, I thought why not try um.......taste like [Please excuse my language... I'm an idiot]......I think I'll just stick to the cold turkey, no substitute method. Will be a week for me tomm at 11am, still missin the heck out of it, but it's too late to turn back now. Hope y'all are doing well

Doing great! 1 week today still grab the fake smokey mountain when the habit strikes, but I haven't gone through two cans of that in a week. That's way better than 8-10 cans of cope

I will agree, the fake stuff is no where near the real thing! The smokey mountain stuff is corn silk I believe.Still not good though, I'm about done with that now too. Hope everyone is still staying away from the real stuff!

I remember years ago one of my mom's friends told her "I need to quit smoking" my mom said right back to her "you don't smoke" her friend said "what do you mean I don't smoke, of course I do" my mom said "no, you don't smoke, you're only the sucker".

I went on a strict diet/workout plan the day I decided to quit. Lost 5lbs so far

Almost 3 1/2 days. Don't think I really crave it but think about it all the time. Lifesavers stock must be going up though. Gotta quit those now.

I was addicted to jolly ranchers the last three days.. today my poison is sunflower seeds. but shoot its better than dip!

The salt on the sunflower seeds put more sores in my mouth than Copenhagen ever did.
