Anybody see that crazy story on rabies tonight? Is any of that even remotely possible? It sure didn't help the WCO image, did it?

I was especially thrilled that this lovely tale was supposed to have taken place in my backyard. I'd guess you'd call that a serial rabiest.

Well, according to shows like that all hunters are raving lunatics............

Okay guys, apparently you have better things to do than watch TV. ADCofWMT, this wasn't about hunters at all. It was about a twelve year old boy whose eight year old brother had got bitten by a rabid bat ( I think ) and his parents couldn't afford to keep him in a hospital so they brought him home to die.

The twelve year old was so affected by watching the torment that his younger brother went through, that it affected his mind. As an adult, he isolated the rabies virus as WCO and kept the virus alive by capturing new victims and having his rabid victims bite them, perpetuating the disease.

They actually gave credit to Wisconsin for having the only living rabies victim on earth, ( But of course, then they had to screw it up and say she was from Milwaukee instead of Fon du Lac, which must have been too hard to pronounce on TV )

All in all, I was nearly mesmerized by the connotations, since they were talking about ( and misspelling ) every place we have ever been in our 26 years of business.

P.S. If I come across a link to this show, you will all have it. As Hollywood as this show was, I had a better time swallowing it than all of the wildlife shows depicting you and me.

I watched the show the same night you did. But if they have that view of hunters do you really think they will have any better view of us?

I saw it.

Thanks bad karma, I guess that sentence was sticking in my mind. As gruesome as that story must have appeared to the naive public and as unflattering as it was to our occupation, I was glued to the TV!

Waxing should be a cinch compared to the chest implants.

Hey Paul, You missed CSI Miami tonight. They had their fancy compound bows with "Launchers"(rests) on them. And they even had a guy that "calibrated" the bows.

I'm sure I must have seen it. I don't think there are any CSI shows that I've missed.
