I need to get rid of some squirrels, that apparently my neighbors think are cute, but eat all of my peaches from my trees.
I would like some tips as to how I can trap them.

Would good ole Victor rat traps work? I also have a small Conibear but I don't have a clue as to how to rig it so a squirrel would be enticed into it.

What bait would work?

Thanks

If you are talking gray and fox squirrels, a rat trap is NOT strong enough. IMO First, make sure it is legal to trap squirrels in your state.

No problem with the law just neighbors. I want to be discreet.
Any trapping suggestions would be welcomed.

I guess it's kind of interesting that of all the different animals that we remove from houses ( mink, weasel, muskrat, etc., ) the only animal that I feel more comfortable trapping in a cage as opposed to anything else, is a member of the squirrel family. I'm sure it has to do with the fact that I've had a reasonable amount of success with multiple cages and the multi-catch cage.
